The Distribution Service Online Booking Form

Welcome to Cambridge City Council Distribution Service run by The Arts and Entertainments Team. We have been promoting arts and leisure events around East Anglia for over 20 years and offer a range of distribution services to help your event run as smoothly and as successfully as possible.

Step by Step guide

Step 1

There are three types of distribution available via this form: Poster Boards and Leaflet and Indoor Poster Distribution.

Please make a booking request by selecting a service.

Step 2

When a booking request has been filled in you will see confirmation in the relevant box indicating that you have completed this section. Then either click Submit to enter your personal details or select another service to add to your booking.

Step 3

Fill in your personal details on the form and click Submit. You will receive a confirmation message and the distribution team will process your request.
